On March 10, 2011, staff met with UBS to discuss the comment letter submitted by UBS to the real-time reporting notice of proposed rulemaking on February 7, 2011. The discussion was limited to the information in the letter and covered comments relating to block trade size determination, block trade time delay, categorization of swaps and liquidity issues.
