The Chairman summarized the legislation briefly to start the meeting. He then provided an overview of the timing of the rulemaking process. Messrs. Knight and Greifeld then raised questions concerning the governance and conflicts of interest rulemakings. They also asked questions about rulemaking concerning core principles for swap execution facilities.
