The Commodity Futures Trading Commission is prepared to implement financial overhaul regulation, expected to be passed as early as Thursday afternoon by the U.S. Senate, the agency's chairman, Gary Gensler, said.
The voluminous bill will provide the CFTC "with a full and busy agenda" that will be centered around 30 key areas, Gensler said at a conference run by the Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association on Thursday…
