CFTC Requests Public Comment on Application by ICE Clear Europe Limited for Registration as a Derivatives Clearing Organization

Washington, DC – The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) is asking for public comment on an application by ICE Clear Europe Limited for registration as a derivatives clearing organization.

Comments should be submitted on or before August 25, 2009.

Comments may be submitted via email to secretary@cftc.gov. All comments received will be posted on the CFTC’s website.
