CFTC Requests Public Comment on Application Submitted by Media Derivatives, Inc., for Designation of a Contract Market

Washington, DC – The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) is asking for public comment on an application submitted by Media Derivatives, Inc., for designation as a contract market. Comments should be submitted on or before Thursday, November 5, 2009.
