External Meetings: Institutional Investor Legal Forum

Mr. Berkovitz participated in a panel discussion with Susan Ervin (SEC), Peter Roberson (ICE), Bill Thum (Vanguard) on the Dodd-Frank Act and the status of and issues associated with various CFTC rulemakings.  Major topics of discussion included the defintion of "major swap participant" and "swap dealer," the definition of swap execution facility, real-time reporting requirements, clearing requirements, and segregation requirements for cleared and uncleared swaps.
