CFTC TO HOLD OPEN MEETING TO DISCUSS ITS
INTERMEDIARIES STUDY

WASHINGTON --The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) will hold an open meeting beginning at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, June 6, 2002, to discuss its study of potential changes in the regulation of intermediaries, pursuant to Section 125 of the Commodity Futures Modernization Act of 2000. The meeting will take place at the Commission’s Washington, D.C. headquarters, Three Lafayette Centre, 1155 21^st Street, N.W., in the first-floor hearing room.
