Comment Period Announced for Resubmitted HedgeStreet Contract Market Application

HedgeStreet, Inc., which has applied to the Commission for designation as a contract market, has resubmitted its application on September 23, 2003.

In order to ensure that all parties have a reasonable opportunity to review and comment on the resubmitted application, Commission staff is requesting comment on the application for a 15-day period ending on October 14, 2003.

Comments on the HedgeStreet application (http://www.cftc.gov/dea/deahedgestreet_submissions_comments.htm) may be submitted electronically at [email protected]. All comments will be promptly posted on the Commission’s website (http://www.cftc.gov/dea/deasubmissioncomments.htm).
