The Commission has undertaken a number of major regulatory reform
initiatives to modernize and streamline the regulatory regime it
administers. Many of these initiatives resulted from industry
proposals that were first raised during the legislative debate that
occurred in this Subcommittee two years ago. Some of the many proposed

Rule amendment adopting harmonized financial reporting requirements
for CFTC registrants who are also registrants with the Securities

Statement of Reporting Trader, only when requested by the
