External Meetings: Call with ISDA re: block trades

Discussion of block trades and reporting and in particular (1) which products should be included in blocks; (2) whether SEF trades should be subject to different block size requirements than suggested in the proposal; and (3) the possibility of a petition process for relief from requirements during periods of emergency.
