AGENCY: Commodity Futures Trading Commission.
ACTION: Final rule; correction.

SUMMARY: The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (Commission) is
correcting a final rule published in the Federal Register on September
14, 2020. The document addressed the cross-border application of
certain swap provisions of the Commodity Exchange Act (``CEA'' or
``Act''), as added by Title VII of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform
and Consumer Protection Act (``Dodd-Frank Act'').

following correction is made:

1. On page 57001, in the first column, in Sec. 23.23, in paragraph
(h)(3)(i), ``This section shall be effective on the date that is 60
days following its publication in the Federal Register.'' is corrected
to read ``This section shall be effective on November 13, 2020.''
