CFTC to Hold Open Meeting to Consider Two Final Rules

The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) will hold a public meeting to consider two final rules on the following topics:

Final Rule on Real-Time Reporting of Swap Transaction Data; and
Final Rule on Swap Data Recordkeeping and Reporting Requirements

NOTE: A third rule on Effective Date for Swap Regulation was previously scheduled for consideration. That rule was approved in advance, and will not be considered at this meeting.
