CFTC Approves Supplemental Proposal to Automated Trading Regulation
Washington, DC — The U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (Commission) today approved a supplemental proposal to Automated Trading Regulation (RegAT) at an Open Commission meeting. The vote was 2-1, with Commissioner J. Christopher Giancarlo voting against the proposal.
