CFTC to Hold an Open Commission Meeting on October 6

Washington, D.C. — Commodity Futures Trading Commission Chairman Heath P. Tarbert today announced the CFTC will hold an open meeting on Tuesday, October 6, 2020 at 10:30 a.m. (EDT). The meeting will be held virtually in accordance with the agency’s implementation of social distancing due to the COVID-19 (coronavirus) pandemic.
The Commission will consider the following:
- Final Rule: Amendments to Compliance Requirements for Commodity Pool Operators on Form CPO-PQR
- Memorandum of Understanding: MOU Between the CFTC and the Office of Financial Research Regarding the Sharing of Data and Information Collected on Form CPO-PQR
