Mr. Sutton is responsible for directing key programs essential to the administration and management of the CFTC housed within the Division of Administration (DA). DA is comprised of branches that manage the agency’s human capital, information technology, financial management, administrative services and business operations, information and physical security, and enterprise risk management.
