Approved Amendment to Supplement No. 1,"Official List of Approved Brands and Markings" of the Aluminum Futures Contract.
The approved amendment changes the brand name of the aluminum T-bars produced by Alcoa-Aluminiere deDeschambault S.E.N.C. from "LAURALCO" to "DESCHAMBAULT". The aluminum T-bars branded "LAUALCO" will continue to be acceptable for delivery against the Aluminum Futures Contract.

NYMEX Rules 90.07, 90.08 and 90.12 of the Platinum Futures Contract. NYMEX Rules 100.07, 100.08 and 100.12 of the Palladium Futures Contract.
The approved amendments to both the Platinum and Palladium Contracts add an additional trading day and an additional delivery day during the delivery month and require the buyer to refund to the seller any prepaid storage charges which extend beyond the day of delivery up through the end of the delivery month. The approved amendments are effective December 20, 2004.
