Agricultural Advisory Committee
AGENCY: Commodity Futures Trading Commission.
ACTION: Notice of meeting.

SUMMARY: The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) announces that
on September 24, 2020, from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Eastern Daylight
Time), the Agricultural Advisory Committee (AAC) will hold a public
meeting via teleconference. At this meeting, the AAC will receive
updates from the Livestock Task Force, the second quarter National Farm
Loan data and the impending launch of a Brazil-based Soybean futures
contract. The meeting will also include a discussion regarding the
Division of Enforcement's Self-Reporting Program and the role of
intermediaries and the National Futures Association in protecting
market participants from fraud.
DATES: The meeting will be held on September 24, 2020, from 2:00 p.m.
to 5:00 p.m. (Eastern Daylight Time). Please note that the
teleconference may end early if the AAC has completed its business.
Members of the public who wish to submit written statements in
connection with the meeting should submit them by October 8, 2020.
