WHAT:	Commissioner Brian Quintenz will participate in a panel discussion, “New Product/Fintech” at the ABA Business Law Section Derivatives and Futures Committee Meeting 2018. The panel will discuss legal and regulatory issues and developments in the rapidly changing areas of cryptocurrency and distributed ledger technology (DLT, including blockchain), including: commodities and securities law; state regulation; cross-border regulation; and enforcement.
