CFTC Requests Public Comment on Application by Natural Gas Exchange Inc. for Registration as a Derivatives Clearing Organization

Washington, DC – The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) is asking for public comment on an application by Natural Gas Exchange Inc. for registration as a derivatives clearing organization.

Comments should be submitted on or before September 17, 2008.
