CFTC Requests Public Comment on Application Submitted by New York Portfolio Clearing, LLC for Registration as a Derivatives Clearing Organization

Washington, DC - The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) is asking for public comment on an application submitted by New York Portfolio Clearing, LLC for registration as a derivatives clearing organization. Comments should be submitted on or before December 2, 2010.

Comments may be submitted electronically through the CFTC’s Comments Online process. The application documents and all comments received are available on the CFTC’s website.
