CFTC to Hold Open Meeting to Consider Clearing Requirement Determination

Washington, DC – The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) will hold a public meeting on Thursday, November 29, 2012, at 11:00 a.m., to consider Clearing Requirement Determination under Section 2(h) of the Commodity Exchange Act (CEA).
