CFTC Seeks Public Comment on the Request of trueEX LLC for an Amended DCM Order to Allow Intermediated Trading on its Platform

Washington, DC – The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) is requesting public comment on the request submitted by trueEX LLC (trueEX) to amend its order of designation, dated September 25, 2012. trueEX seeks to amend its designation order to allow intermediated trading on its platform.

Comments regarding the request should be submitted on or before March 1, 2013.

Comments may be submitted electronically through the CFTC’s Comments Online process. All comments will be posted on the Commission’s website.
