Vacated Part 151 Position Limits, including Bona Fide Hedging Definition & Aggregate Limits
The Commission has issued final and proposed rules to implement the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act. A September 28, 2012, order of the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia vacated the November 18, 2011, rule, with the exception of the rule's amendments to 17 C.F.R. §150.2.
