We discussed the position limits rulemaking, including the Dec. 2013 preamble regarding non-enumerated bona fide hedges, the economically appropriate test, and recognition of cross commodity hedges; and, under the supplemental proposal (81 FR 38458), the 5-day rule and the application and reporting process.
