External Meetings: Conversation w/Mark Brickell

Following a speech at ISDA's Annual Meeting in Chicago, I was engaged in a discussion with Mark Brickell regarding the SEF rule. In particular, concerns he had regarding various legislative initiatives being considered in the House regarding SEFs.
