External Meetings: Meeting w/Barclays

Chairman Gensler and Gary Barnett met with this group, (outside of Rm. 9078) briefly, about potential timing for the proposed guidance on extraterritorial application of Title VII. In terms of timing, there was speculation about whether it might occur in the early part of the second quarter of 2012.
