External Meetings: Meeting with Bloomberg

Participants discussed the proposed requirements to mitigate conflicts of interest in Derivatives Clearing Organizations, Designated Contracts Markets, and Swap Execution Facilities. The discussion focused on the effects the proposed structural governance requirements may have on Bloomberg.  Staff invited Bloomberg to submit an additional comment letter.
