External Meetings: Discussion with Prof Pete Kyle

The telephone conference was a general discussion of issues related to the application of the Dodd Frank Act to activities outside the United States, and the business and financial practices that are followed in analogous situations.  Prof. Kyle did not express any particular views regarding the rules that the Commission should or should not adopt in this regard.
