External Meetings: CFTC/SEC/DOL-ESBA consultation with American Benefits Council and CIEBA
Staff from the CFTC, SEC, and Department of Labor-Employee Benefits Security Administration (DOL-ESBA) met with representatives of the American Benefits Council and CIEBA to discuss business conduct standards under sec. 4s(h) of the Commodity Exchange Act and sec. 15F(h) of the Securities Exchange Act. Participants also discussed issues regarding "Special Entities" and "independent representatives."
