External Meetings: Meeting with Rural Electric
On September 30, 2010 at 1:30 pm, a meeting was held with a coalition of energy end-users to discuss the implementation of the regulations on the end user clearing exemption. Members of the coalition included the National Rural Electric Cooperative Association, the American Public Power Association, The Edison Electric Institute, The American Public Gas Association and the Electric Power Supply Association.
