CFTC Requests Public Comment on Application Submitted by Nadex Clearing, LLC for Registration as a Derivatives Clearing Organization

Washington, DC – The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (Commission) is requesting public comment on an application submitted by Nadex Clearing, LLC for registration as a derivatives clearing organization. Comments should be submitted on or before May 7, 2012.

Comments may be submitted electronically through the Commission’s Comments Online process. All comments received will be posted on the Commission’s website.
