ICE Trust U.S. LLC Withdraws its Application for Registration as a Derivatives Clearing Organization

Washington, DC – Pursuant to Commission Regulation 39.3(c), ICE Trust U.S. LLC withdrew its application for registration as a derivatives clearing organization on December 23, 2010. ICE Trust U.S. LLC submitted its application on November 12, 2010.
