CFTC Requests Public Comment on an Application by ICE Trust U.S. LLC for Registration as a Derivatives Clearing Organization

Washington, DC – The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) is seeking public comment on an application by ICE Trust U.S. LLC for registration as a derivatives clearing organization.

Comments should be submitted on or before December 17, 2010.

Comments may be submitted electronically through the CFTC’s Comments Online process. All comments received will be available on the CFTC’s website.
