CFTC Requests Public Comment on Application Submitted by ELX Futures, L.P. for Designation of a Contract Market

Washington, D.C. – The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) is asking for public comment on an application submitted by ELX Futures, L.P., for designation as a contract market. Comments should be submitted on or before Monday, February 9, 2009.
