On May 24, 2018, CFTC staff participated in a telephone call with a representative from DDR to discuss issues related to the contents of the SDR comment letter, including the compliance date for the final rulemaking related to Proposed Amendments to Swap Data Access Provisions and Certain Other Matters, 82 FR 8369 (Jan. 25, 2017).
