External Meetings: Meeting with Citigroup

Citi discussed potential negative impacts of the proposal on liquidity in interdealer markets and suggested the CFTC look at U.S. treasuries markets to try to predict likely response of swaps markets to potential name give-up prohibition. Citi suggested finding a way to do a "pilot" before implementing a prohibition across the market.
