Washington, DC – CFTC Commissioner Rostin Behnam issued the following statement regarding the Confirmation of Dawn Stump and Dan Berkovitz:

“I congratulate Dan Berkovitz and Dawn Stump on their U.S. Senate confirmations to be Commissioners at the Commodity Futures Trading Commission.
